To: Become accredited to perform Energy & Water ratings for Apartment Buildings
Prerequisite modules: NABERS Assessor 101 and Metering & Consumption modules
Learn: How to calculate an Energy & Water rating for Apartment Buildings and the fundamentals of metering to assist in the calculation of a rating.
This module focuses on apartment buildings in NSW, however is open to all states and territories to complete.
Duration: We estimate this online module could take up to 1 day to complete. Plus a 1 hour optional one to one online meeting with a NABERS Trainer.
Exam: Following completion of the module, trainees must submit an exam. The exam will be open for 30 days once it is opened.
