To: Take the first step in becoming an Accredited Assessor.
Prerequisite courses: None.
Anyone is eligible to do Assessor training. An ideal candidate will already have formal qualifications, or be skilled in the management and operation of buildings.
If you have experience in energy efficiency or water efficiency projects, waste management or monitoring of indoor environment quality in buildings, you may also be suited.
Learn: The basic rules for collecting building data, get an overview of all our different rating tools and understand the procedures Assessors must follow when rating buildings.
Duration: Online course (3-4 hours) followed by an exam to be submitted within 30 days.
Access: You will have access to this course for 12 months upon purchase.
