To: Become an Accredited CBD Assessor
Prerequisite courses: NABERS Energy & Water for Offices
You may enrol in both courses concurrently.
Learn: You will learn how to conduct Tenancy Lighting Assessments (TLAs), how to apply for Building Energy Efficiency Certificates (BEECs), and how to explain CBD Program exemptions. You will also learn about the powers and obligations of CBD Accredited Assessors under the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Act 2010.
The course is followed by an exam that must be submitted within 30 days.
Due to COVID-19, this course is being heavily subsidised by the Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water to help train and upskill Australia's workforce.
