To: Become accredited to perform Energy & Water for Hotels ratings.
Learn: This course contains three modules and three associated exams:
NABERS Assessor 101: The basic rules for collecting building data, get an overview of all our different rating tools and understand the procedures Assessors must follow when rating buildings.
Metering and Consumption: How to read meters, follow single line diagrams and how to go about conducting a site visit. These are all prerequisite knowledge and skills required for your work as a NABERS Assessor.
Energy & Water for Hotels: How to conduct a Hotel rating.
Duration: Estimated 12-16 hours.
Format: Online, self-paced.
Assessment: Multiple choice exam to be submitted within 30 days.
Access: Once enrolled, you'll have access to the course for a year.
Resources: You will need access to NABERS Perform to complete the worked examples for this course.
Supervision: Your first Energy & Water for Hotels rating will be supervised. The cost of the supervision is included in the enrolment price.
