To: Become accredited to perform Energy & Water ratings for Offices
Prerequisite courses: Both NABERS Assessor 101 and the Metering and Consumption courses
Learn: How to calculate an Energy & Water rating for Offices and understand how to lodge rating data with our software, NABERS Perform.
Duration: Online course (6-7 hours) plus a 1 hour optional one to one online meeting with a NABERS Trainer. Followed by an exam to be submitted within 30 days.
Supervised rating: After passing all three exams, your first rating application will be supervised. This is a key part of the NABERS training program. The cost of the supervision is included in your enrolment price.
Once enrolled, you'll have access to the course for a year.
